A signed-in account is enough to write about what happened. A receipt is optional. We never copy reviews from other sites, and we never take down an honest negative review for money.

A confirmed email is enough. You don't need an order — using the site, trying to buy or completing a purchase all count. Invited customers can start without an account.

Brand-new accounts, copied wording and people reviewing their own business are checked before anything goes live.

If a review looks unclear, one of our team reads it. A computer does not get the last word.

Published with a badge
Every checked review counts towards the score. A receipt or invitation only adds a Verified purchase badge.
