API

Connect your own systems to vetted.reviews.

Anyone can look up scores and reviews — no key, the same data the widgets use. Paid plans let you send invitations, reply, flag a review and get told when something happens, from your own software.

Look things up

Read a profile, its score, its reviews and the public totals. No key, on every plan. This is the same data the widgets show.

Run it from your own systems

Paid plans let you send invitations (one at a time or in bulk), reply in public, flag a review and see your numbers.

Get told when something happens

We can notify your systems when a review goes live, someone replies, or a customer uses an invitation.

What you need to know

Widgets never need a key

Looking up public data does not either. A key is only for doing things as the business — sending invitations, replying, flagging. The exact endpoints, keys and error codes are in the docs.

  • A test key and a live keyPaid plans get both. The test key does not send real invitation emails.
  • Same rules as the websiteYou cannot use the API to hide an honest review or change a score.
  • Honest about what shipsRead and write are live. Connecting a shop such as Shopify is not available yet.
