How we keep reviews honest
The rules are simple and they apply to everyone. Businesses can't buy their way up, reviewers can't fake their way in, and every removal is counted in public.

Seen a suspicious review or a business misusing the platform? Tell us and a moderator will look.
Our non-negotiables
- We never copy reviews from other sites. Every review here was written here.
- We never sell rankings. Every business is scored the same way.
- We never remove an honest negative review for money. Businesses can reply and flag, not delete.
- A receipt is not required. A signed-in account is enough. A receipt or a business invitation only adds a Verified purchase badge.
- Every decision is written down and the monthly totals appear in the transparency report.
