Questions
Can I pay to remove a bad review?
No. Reviews are only removed when they fail verification or break our rules, and every removal is counted in the public transparency report.
Does paying improve my ranking?
No. Rankings use the Vetted score only. Newer reviews count a little more, and the method is the same for every business.
Do widgets need an API key?
No. Paste the script once and drop a widget tag on the page. The live API is separate, and only on paid plans.
What counts as an invitation?
One email or unique link sent to a customer. Reminders to the same customer don't count twice.
How do I get a paid plan?
Card billing is not live yet. Ask from your workspace or the contact form and we will email you to agree payment, then switch the plan by hand.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You drop back to Free and keep your profile, reviews and replies.
